Our Rental Policy:
The application fee is $75 per person and is non-refundable. This includes a credit report, criminal background report, eviction report and verifying of employment.
Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application and be listed on the lease.
EACH APPLICANT MUST FILL OUT THEIR OWN APPLICATION.
We are looking for a credit score of 650 or above with a good rental history.
A typical security deposit will equal one month's rent.
Pet fee in non-refundable and $250. per pet. The pet fee does not cover damages that may be done by the pet, those will be your responsibility.

Mr. Pearson has been a great property manager to me as the renter. Any time I have had an issue or there was a problem with the house, he was on top of it! He would text or call to ensure the job was done and I was satisfied.
